CDM / Health & Safety Consultant - Hybrid & Flexible Working

About the Team: You'll be part of a tight-knit team at the forefront of health and safety, overseeing diverse projects from office fitouts to iconic landmark maintenance across the capital and beyond. The project portfolio spans tech, finance, government, healthcare, industrial, logistics, sports arenas, and infrastructure, offering you unparalleled exposure and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert health and safety guidance to internal stakeholders, clients, and project stakeholders.

  • Support the delivery of the CDM Principal Designer role.

  • Advise clients on their construction-related responsibilities.

  • Conduct health and safety audits at construction sites and client facilities.

  • Collaborate on developing safe systems of work, including Construction Phase Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in a similar construction-focused role.

  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification, ideally with IOSH membership.

  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.

  • Excellent communication abilities across diverse stakeholders.

  • Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
