Building Surveyor

Are you a Building Surveyor looking for a strategic and advisory based role for a forward thinking team?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a leading Asset Management team in central London who are specialists in technical advisory, due diligence and providing strategic advice to a varied and interesting array of clients.

The sectors you will be working on will range from care homes to hospitals and from hotels to transportation. Your work will be extremely varied and you will be working with a highly experienced team using the most innovative software.

The team provides services including:

  • Technical Adviser and Due Diligence

  • Asset Surveys

  • Asset Strategy and Operating Model

  • Life Cycle Cost Modelling

  • FM Operational Cost Reviews

  • Market Testing

  • FM Contract Strategy, Procurement & Delivery

  • FM Managing Agent Services

  • Health & Safety Management


You will be an experienced Building Surveyor with an interest or experience in the FM sector and have good Project Management skills. You will ideally be MRICS or working towards becoming chartered and have working experience of BIM and or CAFM.
You will have a positive approach and be confident in presenting and giving advice to clients.
