An amazing SME consultancy firm in London are looking for a new addition to their Building Surveying team. They specialise in commercial projects across a diverse range of properties including offices, laboratories, and warehouses.
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind building surveying projects, specialising in dilapidations, surveys, licences, reinstatement cost assessments, contract administration and party wall matter. You will be an all rounder with excellent contract experience, ideally from a commercial background.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough surveys and assessments
Managing contract administration processes effectively
Providing expert advice on dilapidations and reinstatement costs
Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders
Potentially growing and leading your own team
Requirements:
MRICS qualification
Proven commercial experience
Strong background in Surveys, Dilapidations, and Contract Administration
Multi-disciplinary skills, with a crossover in Building Surveying and Project Management
Self-motivated, capable, and able to work autonomously
