Key Responsibilities of the Associate Project Manager:

  • Manage and oversee a variety of construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members.


Required Qualifications and Experience the Associate Project Manager needs to have:

  • Extensive experience in consultancy, design, development, and construction project management.

  • Experience in new build, residential projects.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the built environment.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • You will ideally have one or be working towards one of the following qualifications: MRICS, MCIOB, APMP, PRINCE2.
