As a consultancy, they were founded in Dublin and now proudly stand as an international multidisciplinary consultancy delivering thousands of projects in 15 countries. The role:
You will be working on numerous large, high-profile developments, typically within the residential and commercial sectors.
Design and specification of Mechanical Engineering Solutions to current regulations and design standards.
Working directly with clients and project engineers to define project requirements and develop technical solutions.
Develop and agree with design processes and design deliverables.
Lead Pre-Construction activities including design development, construction details, services coordination, technical submittals, sub-contracts etc.
Provide technical support to the estimating, procurement, commercial, and project bid teams.
Provide off-site technical support to construction teams.
Lead and manage the team of Mechanical Engineers, including mentoring junior members of staff
Client management
Requirements:
A strong technical ability in all aspects of Mechanical Engineering Services and Design
Experience working within a Building Services consultancy (6+ years)
Working towards Chartership or Chartered
Proficient in software such as Dialux and Amtech
Experience in management and working face-to-face with clients
