We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking construction consultancy firm that is looking for an Associate Director to join their talented real estate team in London. You will lead the MEP Cost Management team, on a range of exciting, multi-million-pound projects, providing strategic direction and promoting the company's values of integrity, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and set the strategy for the MEP Cost Management team, fostering an inclusive culture that harnesses diverse perspectives and expertise.

  • Coach and mentor team members, celebrating successes and fostering talent growth within the organisation.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a brand ambassador and securing a pipeline of opportunities.

  • Ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects, balancing the needs of clients, colleagues, shareholders, and society.

  • Ensure consistency and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A proven track record in delivering top-quality cost management/quantity surveying services within the MEP sector.

  • Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).

  • Degree or HNC level qualification.

  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong knowledge and contacts within the MEP supply chain (Tier 1 and below).

  • Proficient in using digital tools for cost management services.

  • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills.
