We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking construction consultancy firm that is looking for an Associate Director to join their talented real estate team in London. You will lead the MEP Cost Management team, on a range of exciting, multi-million-pound projects, providing strategic direction and promoting the company's values of integrity, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and set the strategy for the MEP Cost Management team, fostering an inclusive culture that harnesses diverse perspectives and expertise.
Coach and mentor team members, celebrating successes and fostering talent growth within the organisation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a brand ambassador and securing a pipeline of opportunities.
Ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects, balancing the needs of clients, colleagues, shareholders, and society.
Ensure consistency and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
A proven track record in delivering top-quality cost management/quantity surveying services within the MEP sector.
Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
Degree or HNC level qualification.
Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge and contacts within the MEP supply chain (Tier 1 and below).
Proficient in using digital tools for cost management services.
Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills.
