Our client, a globally recognised name in the infrastructure and built environment space, is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor for their London office. Responsibilities of the Associate Building Surveyor:

  • Leading a variety of surveying and project management duties across multiple sectors

  • Managing and growing client relationships while ensuring top-tier delivery

  • Mentoring junior surveyors and contributing to APC development

  • Delivering project management and contract administration on major schemes

  • Preparing detailed building surveys, defect analysis, and due diligence reports

  • Producing professional specifications and managing small to medium design projects

  • Acting as the face of the business with key clients, ensuring quality, delivery, and growth

Requirements:

  • RICS Accredited BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying + MRICS Chartered status

  • Experience across both pre- and post-contract project stages

  • Confident managing teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels

  • Skilled in JCT and NEC contracts, with strong commercial acumen

  • Comfortable leading framework commissions and hitting financial targets

  • Proficient in Word and Excel (bonus: BIM awareness)

  • Able to work from client offices when required and represent the brand with professionalism
