As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will have the support to aid your progression into an intermediate Quantity Surveyor role, whilst having the autonomy to lead and support the team in your own right!
This role is the perfect fit for an enthusiastic, adaptable Assistant QS with excellent communication skills, NEC 3/4 contract experience, and a keen interest in working on ground-breaking projects!

Responsibilities of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
Providing full Quantity Surveying services; including cost planning, procurement advice, cost reporting and value engineering.
Ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and time.
Developing and maintaining cost plans and cash flow forecasts
Conduction cost and value analysis including cost risk analysis and providing recommendations to the client.
Requirements of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
Experience working on infrastructure projects.
NEC contract experience
Strong financial management and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full driving license.
Willingness to travel within the UK.
