Lucy is our Performance & Operations Director and is responsible for talent development, training initiatives and employee experience.
Lucy has 20 years' experience within Recruitment and Learning & Development and is passionate about developing and supporting others to achieve their goals. She has worked across multiples sectors including Construction, Education, Healthcare and Technology.
As a qualified L&D professional and i3 accredited coach Lucy’s specialism lies in helping people play to their strengths to reach their full potential.
In her spare time Lucy enjoys gardening, long walks, tennis and spending time with her family.
