Project Quantity Surveyor

My client are a well established medium sized Project & Cost Management consultancy operating for over 30 years. They work across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial to name a few. They also have a multitude of interesting, challenging and unusual projects within the entertainment, leisure and heritage sectors.

They pride themselves in home growing staff and staff retention and offer support to all employee in training and development.

What you will be doing

  • Pre contract documents including cost plans, BOQ's, preparing tend documents

  • manage projects on site.

  • Their project value range from anything between 250k to £60m so there is plenty of opportunity to get experience in running your own projects from inception through to completion.

What they are looking for

Degree qualified QS level, either looking to finish their APC or new qualified
Minimum of 3 years' experience working within consultancy ideally
You must have UK experience and be eligible to work in the UK. My client is not a registered company to sponsor.
