Madeline Cooling Bsc (Hons)
Madeline is the Managing Director of Aldwych Consulting and has over 17 years’ experience delivering on Recruitment Solutions within the Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Property Consultancy sectors.
She was formerly an Associate Director at Randstad CPE managing the London Construction Consultancy team, specialising in Surveying, Project Management, Engineering and Design across all sectors.
Madeline has led delivery on retained searches for board level Directors as well as recruiting at all other levels with SME’s and international firms in the UK and globally.
At Aldwych Consulting, Madeline is leading delivery on recruiting for firms who trust in her ability to find them the best quality candidates by using her extensive connections and by thoroughly understanding their needs and business requirements.
Madeline has an exceptional track record of helping clients and candidates by working collaboratively and investing her expertise in the industry to make outstanding introductions.
Prior to her recruitment career Madeline obtained a first class degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of London and worked as an Analytical Chemist.
In her spare time Madeline enjoys playing tennis, travelling and growing fruit and veg on Cooling Farm.
